1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The 28gbet accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following methods: Pix, bank slip (boleto), Visa and Mastercard credit cards, debit cards, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. Transfers from banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and Caixa Econômica Federal are accepted via Pix or TED.

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• Maximum deposit per transaction: up to the limit defined for each payment method;
• Pix: immediate credit to your account upon payment confirmation;

5. General Betting Rules

• Minimum bet: R$ 1.00 per ticket;
• Maximum bet: defined per event and market type, as shown on the platform at the time of the bet;
• The odds displayed at the time of ticket confirmation are the valid odds for that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• The 28gbet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for specific users for risk management reasons, without requiring justification;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event will be voided, except in Live Betting markets that are expressly available;
• In cases of obvious errors in published odds (for example, odds clearly outside market standards due to a technical fault), the 28gbet reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the staked amount to the user's balance.

The official result of each event is determined by the competition's official source. For Brazilian football, the official sources are the CBF (Confederação Brasileira de Futebol), CONMEBOL, and the state federations. For e-sports, the official sources are the tournament organizers (Riot Games for CBLOL and VCT, Valve for CS2 and Dota 2, Garena for Free Fire).

9. Account Closure

Balances not withdrawn within 30 days of the closure request may be held in accordance with the inactivity policy.

The 28gbet may close or suspend any user's account without prior notice in the following cases:
